For many, medicine<\/a>  the seed is planted that they might want to visit Everest Base Camp.<\/p>\n<p>For me,   this was the start of my passion for mountaineering. In 1997, I made the trek to EBC with\u00a0 Mountain Travel-Sobek under the leadership of guide Cathy Ann-Taylor.
