There was more wind and snow than expected, but it didn&#8217;t seem to slow them down too much.<\/strong> &#8221;<\/p>\n<p>28 year-old\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/ifrankiv\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Illina Frankiv<\/a>\u00a0is reported to have summited by her partner and also an Everest summiter Neil Mueller. Also <a href=\"http:\/\/2018everest.blogspot.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">David Snow<\/a> made the top in and in support of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gofundme.com\/HopeforSange\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sange Sherpa<\/a>\u00a0who had all 10 fingers amputated after his member refused to turn around last year.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Here we go for the fourth day in a row, looks like there will be Everest summits. Conditions remain excellent with reasonable winds and temps &#8211; for an Everest summit! Several climbers have GPS devices so you can follow along.<\/p>\n<h3>Nepal<\/h3>\n<p>Two American teams are currently on the move: <a href=\"https:\/\/madisonmountaineering.com\/dispatches\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Madison Mountaineering<\/a>\u00a0with 3 guides, 5 members and at least 5 Sherpas and <a href=\"http:\/\/climbingthesevensummits.com\/approaching-the-south-col\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Climbing the Seven Summits<\/a> (Mike Hamill) with 2 guides, 7 members and at least 7 Sherpas. <a id=\"js_gu\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/ascenthimalayas\/?hc_ref=ARTxpQ8ROcT8lBZ3VuYgYP_8NceiUk-b5yEKo-N2SphxccLxDMVyIMvI4hlp2WrhD1s&amp;fref=nf\" data-hovercard=\"\/ajax\/hovercard\/page.php?id=110270682492563&amp;extragetparams=%7B%22hc_ref%22%3A%22ARTxpQ8ROcT8lBZ3VuYgYP_8NceiUk-b5yEKo-N2SphxccLxDMVyIMvI4hlp2WrhD1s%22%2C%22fref%22%3A%22nf%22%7D\" data-hovercard-prefer-more-content-show=\"1\" data-hovercard-referer=\"ARTxpQ8ROcT8lBZ3VuYgYP_8NceiUk-b5yEKo-N2SphxccLxDMVyIMvI4hlp2WrhD1s\" aria-describedby=\"js_h0\" aria-owns=\"\">Ascent Himalayas<\/a>\u00a0has a small team of two members and three Sherpas.\u00a0\u00a0I assume there may be other teams including Asian Trekking, Seven Summits Treks, small Nepal guides companies and a few independents. Many of these companies post days after their summits so its impossible to track them in real-time. <a href=\"https:\/\/share.garmin.com\/DavidSnow\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">David Snow<\/a> with a small team using Seven Summits Treks logistics are also on the move with a GPS<\/p>\n<p>There are still more teams that are targeting the weekend including the three sub teams of IMG totaling over 20 members plus the ones I mentioned may be going up tonight.<\/p>\n<h3>Tibet<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pg\/TranscendAdventures\/posts\/?ref=page_internal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Transcend<\/a> should be sending their third team up tonight or it might be tomorrow. They have had another good season putting 18 members thus far with at least 18 Sherpas. <a href=\"http:\/\/7summitsclub.com\/newssections\/all_1\/newssection_341_1\/item_9157\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">7 Summits Club<\/a>\u00a0are hoping for continued success for their second of three teams.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pg\/furtenbachadventures\/posts\/?ref=page_internal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Furtenbach<\/a> should be sending their &#8220;flash&#8221; team running higher &#8211; they pre-acclimatized and are on a 4 week home to home program.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pg\/adventurepeaks\/posts\/?ref=page_internal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Adventure Peaks<\/a> with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/rickymundayadventure\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ricky Munday<\/a> and\u00a0Patrick McNight are on their push. You can follow Patrick on his <a href=\"https:\/\/share.garmin.com\/PEMEverest2018\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">GPS tracker<\/a>. There are a few climbers who are on tiny Sherpa supported teams including 28 year-old\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/ifrankiv\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Illina Frankiv<\/a> she was at C3 on the Tibet side on her summit push.
