The good weather couldn’t last forever and it came with a vengeance today keeping everyone trapped wherever they were – base or high camps. Dutch took a video tour of Everest Base Camp before the storm.<\/p>\n

Virtual Everest 2020 – Support the Climbing Sherpas<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/span> is a joint project of <\/span>Alan Arnette<\/a><\/span> and several global guide companies. Our objective is to entertain Everest fans during the Coronavirus spring <\/span>closure<\/strong><\/span> and raise money to help the Climbing Sherpas who are not working this spring. Buddies sat quietly together in Bud’s tent. He was on day three of the Z-Pac protocol for his URI. “I’m not coughing as much and feel 100% better,” Bud said to his friend. “I’ll be ready go when the team is.” Buddy looked at him. “Let’s take this slowly, The Doc said five days rest and meds so not a day sooner.”\u00a0The heavy snow overnight was a blessing for Bud, it kept the team at base camp another day, giving him a chance to recover.<\/p>\n

Couple, Old Man, Snorer spent most of the day playing cards in the dinning tent while She read a new novel on her Kindle. It was a trashy love story about mountain Climbers, “After the Summit – Everest Tales and Romance<\/em>” It helped pass the time.<\/p>\n

“Heads up, everyone, the weather forecast calls for clearing later today, so we will head up to C2 tomorrow, take a rest day then C3 on the 7th.” Guide told the team. “This is game time, so get your heads in it.”<\/p>\n
