Mount Everest, the tallest mountain on Earth. |
Mt. Everest is the highest mountain on Earth. It is as high as airplanes fly - 29,035 feet - higher than birds fly. It is in Asia between Nepal and China. Every year hundreds of men and women try to climb it wanting stand on the top. I tried to climb it in 2002 and almost made it but got sick and turned around near the top. I did my best. This story is about my trip. |
