- Gain climbing experience to be as self
possible. All the climbing techniques and skills should be in your muscle
memory and not a conscious thought
- Prepare your body to be in “Everest Shape” which is
beyond "the best shape of your life"
- Build mental toughness to push yourself while being willing to
turn back for safety
