you were definitively
the best Keynote speaker the event ever had!"

If you send me an email, I will
do my best to return a thoughtful response based only on my personal experience.
Limitations on Email: I do not give direct advice
because it is impossible for me to know
someone's experience, condition, strengths, weakness, etc so I just provide
information based on my own experiences or post general Q&A. I also will
not provide advice or comment on any medical subjects or engage in a discussion
if you have a medical condition.
Remember that I am an individual, not a company
or a guide and provide my website based on my own experiences to share
my outdoor adventure and promote Alzheimer's causes.

If you put "Climbing" or the name of a mountain you are asking
about (Everest or Aconcagua or Longs Peak for example) in the subject it

My thoughts for anyone considering Everest:
- Consultant with a professional guide service for all qualifications,
training, schedules and gear.
- Gain climbing experience to be as self
possible. All the climbing techniques and skills should be in your muscle
memory and not a conscious thought
- Prepare your body to be in “Everest Shape” which is
beyond "the best shape of your life"
- Build mental toughness to push yourself while being willing to
turn back for safety
I created these pages on Everest based my experiences. They are intended
to share my experiences and are not recommendations:
